Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) dry elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon greek seasoning
How To Make greek macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

Step 2Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Step 3Place margarine and flour in a large saucepan,Gradually add greek yogurt,half and half and milk,stirring with a whisk until blended.Cook over medium heat until thick(about 8 minutes),stirring constantly.

Step 4Add cheeses;cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts,stirring frequently. Remove from heat;stir in macaroni,olives and greek seasoning.

Step 5Spoon mixture into a prepared casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
