i made a new mac and cheese recipe,with a twist of greek.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 3/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 tablespoon greek seasoning

How To Make greek macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  • Step 3
    Place margarine and flour in a large saucepan,Gradually add greek yogurt,half and half and milk,stirring with a whisk until blended.Cook over medium heat until thick(about 8 minutes),stirring constantly.
  • Step 4
    Add cheeses;cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts,stirring frequently. Remove from heat;stir in macaroni,olives and greek seasoning.
  • Step 5
    Spoon mixture into a prepared casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
