- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 6 slices proscuitto
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- - black pepper
How To Make garlicky orzo with prosciutto

Step 1cook orzo al dente about 7 mins, rinse and set aside.

Step 2chop prosciutto and smash garlic cloves, place in a skillet with olive oil on low, don't burn the garlic as it will become bitter...about 5 mins.

Step 3add in the orzo, combine well...sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan cheese....great side
