Ingredients
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water or milk
- 1 cup sifted all purpose flour
How To Make fried homemade noodles

Step 1Combine egg, salt water and flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out thinly on a floured surface. Cut into 1/4 inch strips. Drop strips into salted boiling water and cook, uncovered for 10 minutes.

Step 2Drain and rinse noodles with cold water.

Step 3Melt any combination of bacon drippings, butter and shortening to cover bottom of a skillet and fry noodles to desired brownness.
