    macaroni, dry
  • 2 1/2
    inches cut from a large loaf of velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 slice
    swiss cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 c

How to Make Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
  3. Place macaroni in a 3 quart baking dish. Add all cheeses and stir.
  4. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir melted cheese to mix thoroughly.
  5. Add milk and mix well. If it appears too dry add a little more milk.
  6. Place back in oven and cook for 10 more minutes.
