Ingredients

3 c
macaroni, dry
2 1/2
inches cut from a large loaf of velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 slice
swiss cheese, torn into pieces
1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
2 c
milk

How to Make Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
  • 3Place macaroni in a 3 quart baking dish. Add all cheeses and stir.
  • 4Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir melted cheese to mix thoroughly.
  • 5Add milk and mix well. If it appears too dry add a little more milk.
  • 6Place back in oven and cook for 10 more minutes.
