Ingredients

  • 2 packages stouffer's frozen welsh rarebit, defrosted
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained or 1/2 box (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make easy copycat macaroni and cheese

  • Step 1
    Heat welsh rarebit in top of double boiler over boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Put welsh rarebit into 2 quart casserole, add macaroni, salt and sour cream. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
