Easy Copycat Macaroni and Cheese

- 2 pkg
- stouffer's frozen welsh rarebit, defrosted
- 1 c
- elbow macaroni, cooked and drained or 1/2 box (8 ounces) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp
- 1 c
- sour cream
- 1/3 c
- shredded cheddar cheese
How to Make Easy Copycat Macaroni and Cheese
- 1Heat welsh rarebit in top of double boiler over boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
Put welsh rarebit into 2 quart casserole, add macaroni, salt and sour cream. Stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
- 2Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
