Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
How To Make creamy bow tie pasta

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in oil, flour, garlic and seasonings until blended.

Step 2Gradually add milk and broth. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or so until slightly thickened.

Step 3Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
