Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 cups milk or coconut milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut

How To Make coconut kugel

  • Step 1
    Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl. Stir in the cooked noodles. Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Pour the melted butter over the noodles, then top with the coconut.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. If desired, can mix melted butter and coconut before putting on kugel.
