Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
- 4 - eggs
- 3 cups milk or coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
How To Make coconut kugel

Step 1Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl. Stir in the cooked noodles. Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.

Step 2Pour the melted butter over the noodles, then top with the coconut.

Step 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. If desired, can mix melted butter and coconut before putting on kugel.
