Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide lo-mein noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 2 - green onions, sliced thin
How To Make chinese dragon noodles

Step 1In a large saucepan bring a pot of water to a boil.

Step 2When boiling add Lo-mein noodles.

Step 3Boil for 6 minutes.

Step 4In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, tamari and sriracha sauce. Set aside.

Step 5In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.

Step 6Add red pepper flakes, whisking for 1 minute.

Step 7Add beaten eggs, whisking for 2 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 8Remove from heat.

Step 9Drain noodles, add to skillet with cooked eggs.

Step 10Toss well to combine.

Step 11Add sauce mixture, tossing well to combine.

Step 12Turn the heat on low to evaporate excess liquid. You want your noodles glossy. About 2-3 minutes.

Step 13Pour into a serving bowl, top with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.

Step 14Toss lightly and serve hot.
