Ingredients

  • 1 pound egg noodles, 1/2-inch wide
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

How To Make caraway noodles

  • Step 1
    Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain well.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter in same large pot.
  • Step 3
    Add noodles and caraway seeds and toss to coat.
  • Step 4
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 5
    Transfer to plates.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with parsley.
