How to Make Baked Macaroni and Cheddar Cheese - Steph
- Cook macaroni and drain. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish or casserole dish and add macaroni. Mix the butter, flour, grated onion, salt and dash of pepper together.
- Add four cups of milk and stir well. Add three cups of the cheddar cheese and stir until cheese melts. Pour this mixture over the macaroni.
- Sprinkle the remaining one cup of cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes (covered); 20 - 25 minutes (uncovered).
- Even better after the second or third day. ENJOY!!!
