This is one of my Aunt Sylvia's great recipes. It's creamy, delicious and can be made ahead and reheated.

Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
- 5 - eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make aunt sylvia's fruit kugel

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, together and pour into a greased 11 X 14 inch pan.

Step 2Top with cinnamon and sugar (which have been mixed together) and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
