This is one of my Aunt Sylvia's great recipes. It's creamy, delicious and can be made ahead and reheated.

Ingredients

1 pkg
(12 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
5
eggs, well beaten
1/2 c
butter or margarine, softened
1/2 pt
sour cream
2 Tbsp
minute tapioca
2 c
milk
1/2 c
sugar
1 can(s)
(20 ounces) crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail, drained
1/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Aunt Sylvia's Fruit Kugel

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, together and pour into a greased 11 X 14 inch pan.
  • 2Top with cinnamon and sugar (which have been mixed together) and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
