Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
bacon - diced and fried half way to done
2 can(s)
(15 oz) pork and beans with juice
1 can(s)
kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(s)
great northern beans or any other white bean, drained and rinsed
1
large onion, diced
2 tsp
apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp
dry mustard
dash(es)
worcestershire sauce
1 c
packed brown sugar
1 c
ketchup

How to Make Wyoming Beans

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook and drain fat from ground beef. Cook diced bacon until about half way done. Drain fat.
  • 2Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high heat until mixture starts to bubble. Then turn heat to low. Cook 4-5 hours.
  • 3You can sub 1 can of lima beans for 1 can of pork and beans if desired.
  • 4Can be baked in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, but haven't tried this method yet.
