My sister-in-law served these over the 4th of July weekend. Very yummy, and different from the standard baked bean recipes. Thank you to Kathleen!

- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can great northern beans or any other white bean, drained and rinsed

- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard

How To Make wyoming beans
-
Step 1Cook and drain fat from ground beef. Cook diced bacon until about half way done. Drain fat.
-
Step 2Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on high heat until mixture starts to bubble. Then turn heat to low. Cook 4-5 hours.
-
Step 3You can sub 1 can of lima beans for 1 can of pork and beans if desired.
-
Step 4Can be baked in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, but haven't tried this method yet.
