Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz.) fine noodles, cooked and drained
- 10-12 - eggs, separated
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
How To Make the ultimate kugel

Step 1Beat egg yolks and beat in remaining ingredients, except egg whites and raisins.

Step 2Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and noodles. Add raisins. Mix until well blended.

Step 3Pour into a greased 4 quart casserole dish.

Step 4Mix topping ingredients (melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon) until crumbly. (optional)

Step 5Sprinkle topping over noodle mixture. (optional)

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 10 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out dry.
