A co-worker from Poland gave me this recipe. It's good on it's own as a side dish or add your favorite jam and make it a yummy dessert.

How to Make Polish Cottage Cheese Pancakes


  1. Combine all ingredients except butter. Let batter rest for 10 minutes
  2. Coat a griddle with butter. Pour batter into hot griddle and cook until browned. Flip and brown on other side.
  3. Serve plain, folded over, or roll them up with jam or ricotta cheese etc..
