    butter - soft
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 8-9 slice
    white bread cubed

How to Make PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.
  2. LIGHTLY BUTTER A 9 INCH SQUARE GLASS BAKING DISH OR A 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. CUBE THE BREAD. THIS IS EASIER IF THE BREAD IS LEFT OUT ON COUNTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.
  3. CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH MIXER. BEAT IN EGGS. BY HAND STIR IN PINEAPPLE, MILK AND VANILLA. FOLD IN BREAD.
  4. BAKE 1 HOUR. SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
