Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter - soft
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 8-9 slices white bread cubed

How To Make pineapple casserole

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.
  • Step 2
    LIGHTLY BUTTER A 9 INCH SQUARE GLASS BAKING DISH OR A 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. CUBE THE BREAD. THIS IS EASIER IF THE BREAD IS LEFT OUT ON COUNTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.
  • Step 3
    CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH MIXER. BEAT IN EGGS. BY HAND STIR IN PINEAPPLE, MILK AND VANILLA. FOLD IN BREAD.
  • Step 4
    BAKE 1 HOUR. SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
