- 1/2 cup butter - soft
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 8-9 slices white bread cubed

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.

Step 2LIGHTLY BUTTER A 9 INCH SQUARE GLASS BAKING DISH OR A 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. CUBE THE BREAD. THIS IS EASIER IF THE BREAD IS LEFT OUT ON COUNTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.

Step 3CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH MIXER. BEAT IN EGGS. BY HAND STIR IN PINEAPPLE, MILK AND VANILLA. FOLD IN BREAD.

Step 4BAKE 1 HOUR. SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
