Passover Apple Kugel

How to Make Passover Apple Kugel
- Toss apples gently with the 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Combine cake meal, sugar and salt; set aside.
- Separate eggs. Mix yolks, water, and oil until frothy.
Add the combined dry ingredients and sliced apples.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into apple mixture.
- Pour into a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
