Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of bread, diced and set out the night before
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 8 cups dried bread crumbs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make old fashioned stuffing

Step 1The night before, dice up a loaf of bread and let it sit out.

Step 2Dice Celery and Onion. In a skillet, cook celery, onion, and butter until tender. Stir in poultry seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 3In a 2 qt. casserole dish, add bread and pour onion and celery mixture over it. Dribble with broth and water to moisten. Stir. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min.
