1loaf of bread, diced and set out the night before
1 cfinely chopped celery
1/2 conion, chopped
1/2 cbutter, melted
1 tsppoultry seasoning
8 cdried bread crumbs
1 cchicken broth
How to Make Old Fashioned Stuffing
- The night before, dice up a loaf of bread and let it sit out.
- Dice Celery and Onion. In a skillet, cook celery, onion, and butter until tender. Stir in poultry seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a 2 qt. casserole dish, add bread and pour onion and celery mixture over it. Dribble with broth and water to moisten. Stir. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min.
