How to Make Nana's Spaetzle - German Dumplings
- Beat eggs well; add flour, butter, milk, salt and beat til dough blisters.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Drop batter from a wet spoon into water and let cook til tender (about 15 minutes). Drain, toss with melted butter.
- Note: can also drop into soup to cook.
