What to do with those easter leftovers!! I had tons of hard boiled eggs and ham, why not add an avocado? These are delicious!

Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1
ripe avocado
1 tsp
mayonnaise
squeeze of wasabi paste
1/2 c
cooked chopped ham
1/2
lime juiced
fresh cilantro

How to Make Low Carb Green Eggs & Ham-avocado deviled eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a processor add cooked egg yolks, chopped avocado,teaspoon cilantro,wasabi, mayo and lime juice. Process til smooth.
    Fold in chopped ham. Salt & pepper to taste. Cumin adds a great touch also.
    Fill egg white up and top with fresh cilantro.
