low carb green eggs & ham-avocado deviled eggs

What to do with those easter leftovers!! I had tons of hard boiled eggs and ham, why not add an avocado? These are delicious!

Ingredients

  • 6 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 - ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • - squeeze of wasabi paste
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped ham
  • 1/2 - lime juiced
  • - fresh cilantro

How To Make low carb green eggs & ham-avocado deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    In a processor add cooked egg yolks, chopped avocado,teaspoon cilantro,wasabi, mayo and lime juice. Process til smooth. Fold in chopped ham. Salt & pepper to taste. Cumin adds a great touch also. Fill egg white up and top with fresh cilantro.
