What to do with those easter leftovers!! I had tons of hard boiled eggs and ham, why not add an avocado? These are delicious!

    hard boiled eggs
  • 1
    ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    squeeze of wasabi paste
  • 1/2 c
    cooked chopped ham
  • 1/2
    lime juiced
  • ·
    fresh cilantro

How to Make Low Carb Green Eggs & Ham-avocado deviled eggs


  1. In a processor add cooked egg yolks, chopped avocado,teaspoon cilantro,wasabi, mayo and lime juice. Process til smooth.
    Fold in chopped ham. Salt & pepper to taste. Cumin adds a great touch also.
    Fill egg white up and top with fresh cilantro.
