jean's sage dressing
This recipe has been a standard in our house for years. My Mother and her Mother before her has made this same recipe for years. However back years ago, a cheap loaf of bread was used. I have also made this a vegetarian stuffing. Just omit the turkey broth & drippings. Use hot water & vegetable broth instead.

Ingredients
- 1 package pepperidge farm or brownberry stuffing - 14 ounce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon sage, dried
- 2 large eggs
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- - turkey drippings
- - hot water or turkey broth
How To Make jean's sage dressing

Step 1Mix bread cubes, diced onions, sage, salt, pepper & eggs in large bowl.

Step 2Add turkey drippings and hot water or turkey broth to mixture in bowl. Add enough hot water until mixture is very moist.

Step 3Spray dish with Pam cooking spray. Add stuffing and bake until done.
