  • 6
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno's, sweet and hot
  • 6
    bacon strips, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet pepper relish or pimento's
  • 2 Tbsp
    sweet onion finely chopped
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Jalapeno bacon deviled eggs


  1. Cook bacon, cool and crumble. Set aside about 2 tbsp.to use for garnish.
  2. Hard boil eggs, cool, remove shell. Cut in half longways and remove hard boiled egg yolk into med. size bowl.
  3. Smash yolks into a crumble. Add all ingredients and mix well. You can start with 1/3 c of miracle whip and add more if needed. Mix all but 2 tbsp. of crumbled bacon. Use remaining bacon for garnish.
