I am asked all year round to make this recipe for different events (and at home too!) and it is so easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 bag shreded hash browns
- 1 bag 16 0z shreded cheddar cheese (fine is also ok)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 cup 8 oz container of sour cream
- 1 - medium onion, chopped small
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
How To Make hashbrown casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Let the package of shredded hash browns come to room temp. and then pour hash browns into a 9x13 aluminum pan. In a large bowl mix together the shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion and one stick of butter (melted). Once combined, pour this mixture over the top of the hash browns.

Step 2Crush 2 cups of corn flakes and combine them with the other stick of butter (melted), then spread this mixture on top of the potatoes as well.

Step 3Bake in oven for 1 hour or until the corn flake mixture starts to turn a golden brown and bubbly - Enjoy!
