- - large mushrooms
- jar crushed garlic
- - salted butter
- - cheese
How To Make filled garlic mushrooms

Step 1Wash and pat dry the mushroom(s), remove the stalk. Place a small amount of the crushed garlic inside, with a small knob of butter then cover with cheese.

Step 2Place the mushroom(s) under the grill and cook until the cheese has melted, then place in a pre heated oven for 5 mins gas mark 4, 180 degrees.

Step 3These can be eaten as a side dish with steak and chips, or can also be cooked on the barbecue in the summer.
