This is a recipe I made with my mother every year at Easter time. need to make 24-48 hours before your dinner.

Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- pinch - salt
- 1Quart - milk
- 1 tspn - vanilla extract
- 1 or more - cheese cloth
- - thread or something to tie cheese cloth
How To Make easter cheese

Step 1pour all Ingredients in a Double Pan stir,Boil until mixture gets watery like cheese.Drain into cheese cloth tie & hang for 24 hours with bowl underneath

Step 2untie brush top with Egg Yolk Bake @ 350 until Brown on top.

Step 3we always made 2 so process,timing etc. may vary depending on how many is needed
