Line Cookie Sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Place Corn Flakes and seasonings in plastic bag, roll until finely crushed.
- Beat egg with 1 Tbls. water (I used a small soup bowl for this), add a few pieces of the chicken strips to this mixture.
- With your fingers, remove the pieces and throw into bag with crushed flakes, Shake the bag allowing the chicken to become lightly coated.
