Makes about 8 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cans 32 oz. each of campbells pork and beans
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 small sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon horseradish mustard
- 8 slices bacon
How To Make decadent baked beans

Step 1Drain one can of beans completely, leave juice from other can. Pour both into a large bowl. Add all ingredients except bacon. Mix together well.

Step 2Spray sides and bottom of an 9x13 casserole dish with non stick spray oil.

Step 3Pour beans into dish, lay bacon across top. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 2 hrs. Remove foil and turn broiler on low to crisp up bacon, it will only take a few minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes and serve.
