How to Make Corn Fritters


  1. Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
  2. Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
  3. Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
