How to Make Corn Fritters
- Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
- Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
- Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
