This was always a favorite of mine growing up and I still love them today. Great with almost any kind of meat.

1 can(s)
creamed corn
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
vegetable oil

How to Make Corn Fritters

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
  • 2Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
  • 3Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.
  • 4Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
