Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - vegetable oil
How To Make corn fritters

Step 1Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.

Step 2Combine all other ingredients in bowl.

Step 3Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.

Step 4Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
