This was always a favorite of mine growing up and I still love them today. Great with almost any kind of meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • - vegetable oil

How To Make corn fritters

  • Step 1
    Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Combine all other ingredients in bowl.
  • Step 3
    Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.
  • Step 4
    Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
