You can use 3 cups of coleslaw mix instead of the cabbage and carrot if you prefer.

finely shredded white cabbage
1 medium
carrot, peeled and shredded
1/3 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
vinegar
2 Tbsp
sugar or splenda
1/8 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
celery seed
1/4 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
buttermilk

How to Make Coleslaw My Way

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a blender, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, sugar, salt celery seed and onion.
  • 2Placw cabbage and carrot in large bowl. Toss to mix.
  • 3Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture. Stir to coat well.
  • 4Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend.
