Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded white cabbage
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar or splenda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
How To Make coleslaw my way

Step 1In a blender, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, sugar, salt celery seed and onion.

Step 2Placw cabbage and carrot in large bowl. Toss to mix.

Step 3Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture. Stir to coat well.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavours to blend.
