A friend gave me this recipe. I had it at their house in the middle of winter and the fresh taste of the cucumbers was really great.

- 7 cups cucumber sliced
- 3 cups onions thinly sliced
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds

Step 1Put the sliced cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.

Step 2Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat just to the boiling point. Cool slightly

Step 3Pour vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and onions stir and refrigerate overnight. Then pack into freezer containers and freeze
