Ingredients
- 4 ounces sliced rare roast beef (deli)
- 4 ounces sliced low sodium turkey breast (deli)
- 4 slices part skim mozzarella cheese (deli)
- 2 - ciabatta rolls, split
How To Make beef and turkey melts

Step 1Place the rolls, cut side up, on a cookie sheet. Top one half of each roll with 1 slice of cheese, 1/2 of the beef and 1/2 of the turkey, then top with another slice of cheese.

Step 2Place sandwiches, open faced, under broiler, until toasted to your desire. Place top of rolls on sandwiches and serve!
