Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 medium onion
- 5 stalks celery
- 1 large apples, granny smith
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 bag pepperidge farm bread cubes for stuffing
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make bacon and apple stuffing

Step 1Cut bacon into small pieces and add to skillet. Fry slightly until fat is in the pan, then add celery, onion, and apple.(All of these should be diced into small 1/2" pieces. Fry until bacon is nicely browned and celery is soft. Add spices.

Step 2Next add chicken broth and heat until near boiling. Add bread crumbs. Cover for 15 minutes until softened. Fluff with fork prior to serving.
