This very rich dish is an old recipe from my grandma. Be careful putting in and taking out of the oven. It will slip right out of the pan!

Ingredients

1 c
butter
2 c
sugar
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple (large can)

beaten eggs
1/4 c
milk
4 c
white bread, cubed

How to Make Scalloped Pineapple

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream butter and sugar, add pineapple and beaten eggs. Drizzle milk over bread cubes to moisten before adding to butter mixture. Butter will clump so use a knife and break up large pieces. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
