Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1Drain pineapple and reserve 1 c. juice. Set both aside.

Step 2In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.

Step 3Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 4Beat in egg whites.

Step 5Stir in flour then reserved pineapple and juice.

Step 6Gently fold in bread cubes.

Step 7Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.

Step 8Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Serve warm.
