How to Make Pineapple Casserole
- Drain pineapple and reserve 1 c. juice. Set both aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in egg whites.
- Stir in flour then reserved pineapple and juice.
- Gently fold in bread cubes.
- Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Serve warm.
