Ingredients
- 1-16 Oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice (drained)
- 1-16 Oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup (not drained)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make paula's baked pineapple

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 baking dish.

Step 2Stir sugar and corn starch together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3Beat in the egg until well incorporated.

Step 4Stir in the milk.

Step 5Add the pineapples and mix well.

Step 6Pour into prepared baking dish, dot with more butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired

Step 7Bake for 1 hour (until center is no longer jiggly or wet) and there is a nice browned look on top.
