Ingredients For paula's baked pineapple

1-16 Oz. canpineapple tidbits in juice (drained)

1-16 Oz. cancrushed pineapple in syrup (not drained)

1/2 csugar

1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspcorn starch

1/4 cmilk
How To Make paula's baked pineapple

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8x8 baking dish.

2Stir sugar and corn starch together in a large mixing bowl.

3Beat in the egg until well incorporated.

4Stir in the milk.
-
5Add the pineapples and mix well.

6Pour into prepared baking dish, dot with more butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired

7Bake for 1 hour (until center is no longer jiggly or wet) and there is a nice browned look on top.
