6 ccoarse grated zucchini
1 cgrated carrots
1/4 cchopped onion
1 boxstove top dressing, any flavor
1 csour cream
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup, undiluted or cream of chicken soup
How to Make Zucchini Casserole
- Saute zucchini and carrots in large skillet with a small amount of water until tender. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended.
- Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degreese for 35 minutes.
- If desired, to cut calories, you can use low fat mayonnaise, fat free or low fat sour cream and low fat cream soups.
