Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded zucchini
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
How To Make zucchini casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients and then place in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 325 deg. for about 30 minutes. (The top of the casserole will only brown slightly)
