Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed zucchini
- 1 cup cubed onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 box stove top stuffing (prepared as directed)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make zucchini cassarole

Step 1Preheat Oven 350

Step 2Steam Zucchini and onions till tender

Step 3Mix together sour cream, soup and cheese(1 cup), salt, pepper to taste.

Step 4Line a 9x13 greased casserole dish with prepared stuffing.

Step 5Mix together the steamed veggies with the cream mixture and pour over lined cassarole dish.

Step 6Top with additional cheese (1/2 cup)and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. till bubbly and golden.
