This recipe was published in a local newspaper TV Guide when the original 1966 animated TV movie 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ was brought back to TV around 1984. Who Pudding was one of the dishes the Who folks enjoyed with their Christmas dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 - 12 ounces whole sweet corn
- 1 cup herb seasoned bread stuffing
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make who pudding (corn pudding)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine milk and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Mix well and add egg, corn, stuffing, onion, parsley and combine together.

Step 2Pour into a greased and floured 8 inch round baking dish. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter, salt and pepper.

Step 3Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake pudding in 350 oven for about 30 minutes.
