this recipe has Velveeta instead of cheez whiz and reg. rice instead of instant rice which I think gives it a much better flavor. My family LOVES it!!!

Ingredients
- 1 package 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - onion to taste
- - chopped celery to taste
How To Make velveeta, broccoli and rice casserole

Step 1cook broccoli according to package directions, and drain.

Step 2add cheese, cooked rice and soup.

Step 3add finely chopped onion and celery if you want them.

Step 4Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.

Step 5bake at 375 until bubbling on top.
