this recipe has Velveeta instead of cheez whiz and reg. rice instead of instant rice which I think gives it a much better flavor. My family LOVES it!!!

Ingredients For velveeta, broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1 pkg
    10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 2 c
    cooked white rice
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1
    onion to taste
  • chopped celery to taste

How To Make velveeta, broccoli and rice casserole

  • 1
    cook broccoli according to package directions, and drain.
  • 2
    add cheese, cooked rice and soup.
  • 3
    add finely chopped onion and celery if you want them.

    Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.

    bake at 375 until bubbling on top.
