My sister introduced this recipe to me many years ago at Thanksgiving. She called it Broccoli Casserole but for lack of a better term I have renamed it. It is a standard dish that is eaten at Thanksgiving at my house. I have shared it with many friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 pkg
    frozen cauliflower
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar(s)
    cheez whiz

How to Make Vegetable Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook frozen vegetables according to directions on package. Drain.
  2. Add soup and cheez whiz and mix together.
  3. Place in 2 Qt. baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 min. or until bubbly.
