How to Make Vegetable Casserole
- 1Boil mixed vegetables until done. Put in 2 quart casserrole dish. Add the cream of celery soup and mayo.
- 2Boil rice. Chop onion while rice is boiling and add to vegetables. Mix in half of the cup of cheddar cheese.
- 3When yellow rice is done add it to the vegetable mixture and mix it in. Sprinkle the other half of cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- 4Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook casserole for 35 minutes. (I also sometimes add cooked chop turkey sausage or chicken to the mixture for a full meal deal).
