This is one of my mom's favorite recipes. She got it from a friend of hers and it is always a big hit at family dinners and potlucks.

Ingredients
- 2 cans veg-all mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 1 sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
- - butter
How To Make veg-all casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into casserole dish. Add crushed Ritz crackers to top and dot with butter.

Step 2Bake on 350* until hot and bubbly.

Step 3Note: May subsitute cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup for vegetarians. Can add diced chicken or turkey for meat lovers for a one pot meal.
