Vanishing Macaroni & Cheese

- elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 5 c
- 1 stick
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c
- smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c
- 4 oz can(s)
- chopped green chiles (optional)
How to Make Vanishing Macaroni & Cheese
Use Italian blend cheese by Sargento
Use Gouda and swiss
Add green chiles, chopped and drained
Put some panko on top.
Use your imagination and try what you like best
- 2Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the butter in the casserole dish and melt in the oven. Remove when it is melted.
- 3Place the uncooked macaroni, milk, salt, pepper and cheese in the dish and stir.
Cover with foil and bake for 50 mins. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes
Remove the foil and watch it vanish
