Ingredients
- 1 - deep dish pie shell
- 3 - tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup colby and monterey jack shredded cheese blend
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Bake pie crust according to package directions.

Step 2Slice tomatoes and place on paper towels to drain off excess liquid (at least an hour)

Step 3Mix mayonnaise and cheese together.

Step 4Make a layer of sliced tomatoes on bottom of pie crust.

Step 5Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat with another layer of tomatoes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper again. Place crumbled bacon on top of tomatoes.

Step 6Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until golden brown.
