Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, canned
- 1 cup lima beans, either frozen or canned
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, light
How To Make three bean summer casserole

Step 1Dice onion and bell pepper. Press 2 cloves of garlic using a garlic press. Put all vegetables in a small sauce pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.

Step 2In a large bowl mix together sauteed vegetables and all the beans. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8x10 casserole dish.

Step 3Bake on 300 degree for 30 minutes.
