My sister, Brenda, shared this recipe with me. I needed something quick to fix for a family gathering as I had to drive 8 hours to get there. Quick and easy and surprisingly delicious.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
kidney beans, canned
1 c
lima beans, either frozen or canned
1 can(s)
baked beans
1 medium
onion, diced
1 medium
red bell pepper
2 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
olive oil, light

Step-By-Step

1Dice onion and bell pepper. Press 2 cloves of garlic using a garlic press. Put all vegetables in a small sauce pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
2In a large bowl mix together sauteed vegetables and all the beans. Pour mixture into lightly greased 8x10 casserole dish.
3Bake on 300 degree for 30 minutes.
