the best yams ever
Since my family isn't really very fond of cranberries, I decided to get creative this year and it was a HUGE hit! I hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 2 large cans of yams drained--i used bruce's
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges with juice
- 4 ounces dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 package mini marshmallows
How To Make the best yams ever

Step 1Drain yams and pour into mixing bowl. Add mandarin oranges with juice and brown sugar. Mix on medium until well blended (about 1-2 minutes).

Step 2Stir in cranberries, walnuts, and marshmallows. Fold into a casserole dish and bake at 325°F for about 45 minutes.

Step 3Sorry, this was such a big hit, I didn't get a chance to take a picture before it was demolished!
