sweet potato souffle
I got this recipe years ago from one of our church members. I have tweaked it a bit so it isn't as sweet. Perfect to go along with that turkey or ham during the holidays!

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- TOPPING
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
How To Make sweet potato souffle

Step 1Mix all ingredients well and put in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until not soupy.

Step 2Remove from oven and put topping mix on top and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
