Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, whole canned
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and milk. Beat with mixer until smooth. Pour into buttered 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish or 9 x 11 pan.

Step 2Topping: mix together with mixer, butter, brown sugar and flour. Stir in chopped pecans and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
