Sweet potato casserole is always on our holiday menu. We love the addition of coconut in the topping of this casserole. It's crunchy, gooey, buttery, and sweet... takes sweet potato casserole to a new level. Each bite will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
How To Make sweet potato casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except topping.

Step 2Spray 8x8 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray. Pour mixture into pan.

Step 3Mix topping ingredients together.

Step 4Sprinkle on top of the mixture. Press topping into mixture.

Step 5Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
