2 1/4to 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes cooked, peeled and mashed (about 4 cups)

1/3 cbuttrr or margarine, melted

1/2 cchopped nuts

1/2 cshredded coconut

How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Combine potatoes, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Spread in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

2Topping: combine all ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes or until heated through.
