Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

  • 2 1/4
    to 2 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes cooked, peeled and mashed (about 4 cups)
  • 1/3 c
    buttrr or margarine, melted
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine, melted

How To Make sweet potato casserole

  • 1
    Combine potatoes, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Spread in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Topping: combine all ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes or until heated through.
